DISC Behavioural Styles Assessment

DISC is a behavioural framework that explains how people tend to act and communicate, based on four key drivers: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. It is used to make sense of work styles, improve communication and strengthen how teams work together.

There are sixteen DISC styles. Which one are you?

40 statements and 8 quick choices · about six minutes · nothing is sent or stored. Your answers stay in this browser tab and your full report appears the moment you finish.

How it works. Two short parts. First, forty statements: say how true each is of you at work, from rarely true to nearly always true. There is no middle option, on purpose; "sometimes true" is there for the genuine in-between. Then eight work situations, each with four responses: pick the one most like you. There are no right answers and no trick questions; the honest answer is the useful one.

What you get. Your style, your scores on the four drivers, a summary you can copy straight into the Scáil questionnaire, and a full written report including how your style works alongside each of the other three.
